I joined Redstone in May 2025, inspired by the opportunity to build something meaningful at the intersection of technology, the ocean, and venture capital — all areas I’m passionate about. The chance to be part of a top-tier international investment team while working from my hometown of Turku was also a major motivation. Having worked across private equity in infrastructure, growth equity, and venture capital, I’ve found myself increasingly drawn to earlier stage investing — where I believe investors can have the greatest impact, and an area Redstone excels in.

My main responsibilities are with Redstone Blue — a new venture capital fund in preparation, focused on the Blue Economy and based in Turku, Finland. I focus on sourcing and executing early-stage investments across the Baltic Sea region, fundraising activities, and working hands-on with portfolio companies. In addition, I help drive ecosystem engagement and pipeline development through events, research, and close collaboration with founders and ecosystem players.

AI and it's applications

I’m a big time sailor – which is one of the reasons that got me interested in Blue Economy as well. When I’m not navigating the Turku archipelago, or maintaining the boat at the dock I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities like snowboarding, cross-country skiing and hiking. Also nothing beats a good book – especially enjoyed with a nice cup of tea.
