I was looking for a place driven by curiosity, fresh ideas and meaningful work and a strong thoughtful culture - Redstone really stood out to me for that.

I am responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly and making sure the team has what they need to do their best work. I also support internal events - creating spaces where people can connect, share ideas and feel part of something meaningful.

I think any innovation that deepens our understanding of quantum physics could change the future in a profoundly positive way. It's about expanding how we understand reality, connection and what’s possible.

I like to listen to music - it helps me shift gears and reconnect with myself. I also enjoy singing as it is something very freeing and expressive. Yoga helps me slow down, breathe and reconnect with my body and I enjoy running too.

Remembering that our mind often puts limits on us - and learning to see past those limits opens up new possibilities.
