VR Ventures

Same team, 2nd fund

Redstone’s partnership with Berliner Volksbank Ventures began in 2014, went from strength to strength, and led us to co-initiating VR Ventures. This fund focuses on the best startups in the sectors of financial services (FinTech), real estate (PropTech), and adjoining digital business solutions for SMEs. From the late seeding phase on, we invest in outstanding solutions and teams throughout Europe. And while our core management team is still the same, a remarkable number of further institutional investors have now joined our new fund.

BTG – Bridge to Growth

Revolutionizing venture finance through debt

BTG opens up a world of opportunity for senior debt investment. In Europe’s and especially Germany’s underserved venture debt market, Bridge to Growth provides on the one hand a unique offering for institutional investors, and on the other hand a non-dilutive financing opportunity for young fast growing companies. The fund fills a funding gap for young, fast-growing companies in need of bridge, growth and pre-IPO capital, when equity gets too expensive and traditional debt is not available yet.
